1、 Meet on-site application requirements

Based on the size of the extracted raw materials, it is recommended to use a 16-18 ton forklift loader for those within 6 cubic meters; For those within 7 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 20-23 ton forklift loader; For those within 8 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 23-28 ton forklift loader; For those within 9-10 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 28-35 tons forklift loader. For those above 11 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 40-52 tons forklift loader. When selecting a forklift loader, it is necessary to pay attention to the actual performance of the forklift loader, and not just look at the manufacturer's tonnage calibration, in order to prevent the purchase of forklift loader with falsely labeled tonnage or unqualified technical performance.

2、 Reliability of Quality

The quality and reliability of the forklift loader are directly related to the production safety and efficiency of mining. It mainly depends on the actual load of the whole machine and the effectiveness of the driving brake. Whether the actual load meets the requirements of the national standard for forklift loading, that is, according to the different load centers of different tonnages of raw materials (from 600-1000mm), it can effectively raise the raw materials to 1800mm (the distance from the upper surface of the fork to the ground) in the horizontal state of the fork, which is also the loading height of the raw materials. At the same time, we also need to judge from the following aspects: 1. Engine horsepower: A complete machine with a rated load of 18-28 tons should be matched with 178KW power, 29-32 tons should be matched with 199KW power, and 35 tons or more should be matched with 247KW power; 2. Tire specifications: 26.5 specifications for tires weighing 18-28 tons, 29.5 specifications for tires weighing over 29 tons; 3. The overall weight of the machine should be greater than 1.1 times the rated load; 4. When the forklift needs to travel on the slope of the mine to transport waste materials, and the weight of the waste materials is over 27 tons, the braking system of the whole machine must use a hydraulic wet drive axle system to ensure the effectiveness of the braking system. Otherwise, there is a risk of overturning and the whole machine slipping. 5. The gearbox and torque converter matched with the whole machine with a rated load of over 18 tons should adopt a "fixed axis" to ensure the flexible off-road performance of the whole machine.

3、 Timeliness of after-sales service

When selecting a forklift, in addition to overall performance and price, it is also important to consider the timeliness of technical after-sales service and the supply of maintenance spare parts. Some users, in order to save money, often demand that the manufacturer of the whole machine lower the price, even cheaper, while ignoring whether the manufacturer can provide high-quality after-sales service without guaranteeing profits?
